Kiran is an organisational psychologist and has worked in various sectors on safety culture assessments and culture change projects. After qualifying, her initial experience was working within the safety department of a major construction company. This lead to working on embedding their safety culture change programme within the operational units.
Following a further period of study of organisational psychology to MSc level she joined RM OCAID in early 2017 to pursue a career in consultancy. Since joining Kiran has gained experience in gas, distribution, chemicals, port operations and the food industry.
