Diana Barden

Associate Consultant

With over twenty years’ operational, training, coaching and consultancy experience, Diana has worked internationally for a number of global organisations including Woolworths, Robert Bosch and Ashridge Management College. Her corporate background is in international HR and she has a degree in Modern Languages and an MBA (Distinction).

Prior to joining RM OCAID Diana ran a successful management and development consultancy business with clients across the public and private sectors. She is particularly interested in making learning stick; helping participants to retain the learning from conferences and workshops and be able to apply it immediately and with ease back in the workplace. She also has a lot of experience in the field of resilience, working with groups and individuals within organisations to develop strategies for overcoming adversity and dealing with stressful situations.

Diana works in English and German. She is a qualified coach, counsellor and mediator and holds licences for most mainstream psychometrics. She is a member of the BPS (British Psychological Society).

She is co-author of ‘Delivering Exceptional Performance’ (published 1996 by Financial Times/Pitman in association with Ashridge Management College), and author of ‘Post-Traumatic Success’ (published 2014 by Panoma Press).
