Matthew Strong is a Principal Consultant specialising in training, coaching and safety leadership development. His background is in the utility and construction sectors, where he has enhanced safety cultures through design and delivery of behavioural safety courses and safety leadership training material.
Prior to working with RyderMarsh OCAID he led the delivery of construction projects and business improvements both directly and indirectly through training and coaching. He has pinpointed improvement opportunities through the assessment of behavioural programmes, safety data analysis and H&S surveys. Matthew has spoken on the topic of behavioural safety at conferences both in the UK and abroad.
